The Fourth Annual Darts for Dreams Charity Dart-A-Thon is announced for March 7, 2009, with doors opening at noon and darts starting at 1 p.m., at the following location:
77 Christine Way
Hamilton, NJ
All proceeds will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey. This is a great event that allows dart players to get out and support a worthy cause while doing what we love to do. Click here for the flyer.
I have attended this event and it is a lot of fun. Last time the format was that you pay a certain amount to throw a hundred darts. You keep score and report it. The top thrower every hour won a prize, as did the overall winners for the day. Of course, it may be different this time! They also had a raffle. I hope to see you all there!

Thanks Kevin.
You're right, as with previous years, we'll have a 50/50, raffles and a silent auction. To keep current on the list of items available, click the GTDL website at http://www.njdarts.com/gtedl and then the DARTS FOR DREAMS logo on the page.
Well Let me see If I can convince my father (Conrad Daniels) to make it this year.... Either way good luck with the fund raising and Happy Darting!
Hopefully. Conrad gets a letter/invite from me every year. He really helped us get the first year going in 2006, and is always welcome at any event we hold in Trenton.
Thanks for the well wishes!
I will try to bring some friends from work Gary. It's a good cause and a fun day of darts.
Thanks Kevin. Make sure you (and others) check the GTDL website for updated information. We've got a great collection of raffles and silent auction items. (McNabb signed jersey, Ripken signed bat, Giants artwork, Portrait and oil painting, and Eagles tickets. )
Hey everyone - We've added a luck of the draw to the end of this event. Probably starting 730 to 8 PM ish. $10 entry with the winners getting merchandise and prizes, not cash back. You don't need to attend the dart-a-thon to participate in the luck.
This replaces the weekly luck at Buddy's Shamrock Pub on Saturday night.
OK, the event is over. Check out www.njdarts.com/gtedl and click the link to get a recap.
We're at 16,272 with some outstanding checks, so 17,000 is a possibility.
Thanks Kevin for promoting the event out here on the web and good to see you and Oliver there.
